Jirachi God

Type: Psychic/Dark
Ability: Sheer Terror - The opponent is locked in a waking nightmare that deals damage every turn.
Title: The Wishing Star Pokémon
Description: The charms that fly behind it both seal away evil, or summons it to cause great despair.

Backstory: Jirachi befriended a village that was kind and benevolent to both humans and Pokémon alike. It had so much fun living with the people there, Jirachi never wanted it to end! All it wanted was to see the villagers happy. One day however, a war broke out in the region and threatened to consume the town.

On the eve of the soldiers march that would most certainly destroy everything they held dear, Jirachi gathered together all the power it could from the hopes and prayers of the residents. Amazingly, it was enough to make it evolve! Jirachi summoned new great and terrible powers that laid waste to all that threatened the town, and ever since has been revered as both a savior and a devil by all.

So this is Jirachi evolved. I figure that he'll be white-ish gray with yellow and dark red (like the coloring around his eyes etc) I like the jewel things on him. I think every Pokemon should have more shiny things. **plops a few shinies on Garchomp** BE CUTE, YOU.

Anyhow, was doing an 'evolve a Legendary into a God' contest thing, and I said I would enter with at least a sketch! And here is my sketch. It took me a few days to think of what to do, because epic Legendary designing is not my forte at all! I like this one though. I would accept this as the Wishing Star Pokémon.

But this is also a day late, because Sept 1st was the deadline and they posted that it was closed. I asked if I could still submit, and they haven't gotten back to me about it, so eh, I figure I'll just put it up anyhow. I actually may color this tomorrow night, because I actually have the next day off from work. Huzzah!

...That ability is so broken. And seriously, Doom Desire? Why hasn't Jirachi always been a Psychic/Dark type? I never understood where the Steel attribute played in. Anyone have a clue?
